Role Purpose

To assemble, fit, and align mechanical components and sub-assemblies as per drawings and specifications, ensuring proper functioning, quality, and safety of machines.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical parts, components, and assemblies as per drawings Perform fitting, drilling, tapping, grinding, and alignment work Read and understand engineering drawings and job cards Ensure dimensional accuracy and proper tolerances Support machine installation and trial runs Identify and report fitting issues or deviations Maintain tools, equipment, and housekeeping at workplace Follow safety rules, SOPs, and quality standards
Skills & Requirements

ITI / Diploma in Fitter or equivalent experience Ability to read basic mechanical drawings Hands-on experience with hand tools and measuring instruments Understanding of safety practices

Role Purpose

To tune, adjust, test, and commission machines to ensure optimal performance, accuracy, and reliability before dispatch or during installation at client site.

Key Responsibilities

Perform machine tuning, calibration, and functional adjustments Test machine performance and resolve operational issues Coordinate with fitters, electricians, and designers during trials Conduct trial runs and fine-tuning as per machine specifications Support machine commissioning at factory and client site Identify root causes of performance deviations and rectify them Maintain tuning records, trial reports, and feedback logs Ensure machines meet quality, safety, and performance standards
Skills & Requirements

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Strong understanding of machine operation and mechanisms Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel to client sites if required

Pay: ?15,317.06 - ?22,360.05 per month
