to manage and execute interior fit-out works across commercial, retail, and warehouse projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination, quality control, and timely project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Execute and supervise
interior fit-out works
including civil, carpentry, gypsum, flooring, ceiling, painting, and finishing works
Coordinate with
MEP teams (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting)
to ensure smooth integration with fit-out activities
Manage
site activities
, manpower, subcontractors, and vendors
Ensure projects are executed as per
approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications
Monitor
quality, safety, and compliance
at site
Coordinate with
design, procurement, and commercial teams
Prepare and maintain
site reports, progress updates, and documentation
Ensure
timely completion
of projects within budget
Handle
client coordination
and address site-level issues effectively
Willingness to
travel Pan India
as per project requirements
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in interior fit-outs / commercial projects
Strong knowledge of
interior construction materials, finishes, and execution practices
Ability to read and interpret
drawings, BOQs, and specifications
Good coordination and communication skills
Experience in
warehouses, retail, office fit-outs
will be an added advantage
Proficiency in
MS Office
(AutoCAD knowledge is a plus)
