Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and disciplined Fitness Trainer to join our gym facility. The trainer will be responsible for helping members achieve their fitness goals through safe, effective training programs, personal coaching, and continuous motivation. The role also involves maintaining a positive workout environment and supporting member retention.

Responsibilities:

Fitness Training:

Develop personalized fitness programs for clients based on their fitness levels, goals, and any specific requirements or limitations. Conduct one-on-one or group fitness sessions focusing on strength training, cardiovascular exercises, flexibility, and core stability. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide feedback to clients to optimize their workout routines. Monitor clients' progress, track performance metrics, and adjust training programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement. Educate clients on the importance of balanced nutrition, hydration, and recovery strategies to complement their fitness regimen.

Client Engagement and Support:

Build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients through effective communication and attentive support. Listen actively to clients' concerns, goals, and feedback, and adapt training approaches accordingly. Offer guidance and motivation to help clients overcome obstacles and stay committed to their wellness journey. Provide ongoing encouragement, accountability, and positive reinforcement to foster a sense of empowerment and achievement.

Eligibility & Requirements

Certification in Fitness Training or related field (preferred) 1-3 years of experience as a Fitness Trainer in a gym or fitness center Strong knowledge of strength training, cardio, and functional workouts Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings and evenings. Professional appearance and positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
