Job Description

Are you a trained fitness instructor with a deep knowledge of the human body and the science of exercise? Join our team of health coaches, doctors and psychologists to help our patients transform their lifestyle and fitness.

Responsibilities :

Run our online fitness programs (two 1-hour sessions a day) Build individualized exercise programs for clients. Take one on one exercise and fitness education sessions for our clients based on the modules we have developed. Work in sync with our team of experts in the health coaching program of our clients.

Skills and requirements:

Deep knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, and exercise science. Knowledge of a variety of exercise modules like weight training, animal flow, Crossfit, etc. Good communication and inter-personal skills. Fluency in English and Malayalam

Experience

Previous experience in running online fitness programs, personal training etc is mandatory. Certifications like NASM, IKFF and sports medicine certifications are welcome.

Preference to women trainers

The job will include group trainings online and consultations via prior appointments. This job will be part-time (3-4 hours a day). You have the option of earning an additional income through personal training program for our clients.

This job can be done online too and does not require you to be in Trivandrum.
