About the role:

As an Exercise Coach at Fitelo, you will design and implement personalized workout plans, provide expert fitness guidance, and motivate clients to adopt healthier habits. Your role will be pivotal in helping individuals achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

Ideal candidate will have:

Education: Certification in fitness training, personal coaching, or a related field (ACE, ACSM, NASM, K11 preferred). Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in personal training, group fitness, or coaching. Skills: Strong knowledge of exercise science, body mechanics, and injury prevention. Excellent communication and motivational skills. Ability to design and adapt fitness plans for different fitness levels. Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.

Specifically, this role will:

Take live sessions of body weight workouts with specific types of equipment. Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions, both in-person and virtually. Guide clients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and overall wellness. Track client progress and modify programs accordingly for better results. Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and best practices. Work closely with nutritionists and healthcare professionals to offer holistic wellness solutions which will result in increasing revenue (sales).
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
