Fitness Trainer
As a Fitness Trainer at the Novotel Mumbai International Airport, you will play a key role in helping others improve their well being.

What you will be doing:

• Evaluate, educate and motivate staff in matters concerning health and fitness of members/guests and staff. Responsible for fitness instruction, selection of activities and departmental assignments. Administer overall Fitness Centre, Membership, Yoga and Aerobics. Provide uncompromised attention to guest/member service.
• Maintain the facility in peak condition at all times while adhering to all aspects of the operations budget
• To sell and co‑ordinate all aspects of memberships included but not limited to new membership sales and re‑newals adherence and incentive programmes.
• In charge of tidying and cleaning the Fitness Centre and common areas every day, in line with applicable hotel standards and procedures and the rules of safety and hygiene.
• To keep all equipment clean, tidy and well maintained including proper and secure storage.

Your experience and skills include:

• Certified instructor in group and/or fitness instruction
• Previous experience required
• Excellent communciation skills
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
