Key Responsibilities
Conduct
personal training and group workout sessions
Design
custom workout plans
based on client goals
Demonstrate and correct
exercise posture and form
Guide clients in
weight training, functional training, and cardio
Track client progress and maintain fitness records
Ensure
safety, hygiene, and equipment maintenance
Motivate clients and build long-term relationships
Follow gym schedules, training timelines, and policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Certified
Fitness Trainer
(recognized certification preferred)
Experience in
gym-based or online training
Knowledge of
weight loss, muscle building, strength & endurance training
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Ability to work flexible hours (morning/evening shifts)

Experience in
