We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Trainer to join our team. As a Fitness Trainer, you will work with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals, providing personalized training and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Fitness Assessments: Assess clients' fitness levels, goals, and needs to create personalized training plans.
2. Design and Lead Workouts: Design and lead safe and effective workouts, including group fitness classes and one-on-one training sessions.
3. Provide Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to clients, helping them to achieve their fitness goals and overcome challenges.
4. Monitor Progress: Monitor clients' progress, adjusting training plans as needed to ensure continued progress and success.
5. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update knowledge of fitness trends, research, and best practices to ensure training programs are effective and safe.
Requirements:
1. Certification: Certification in a recognized fitness training program, such as ACE or NASM.
2. Experience: Proven experience working as a fitness trainer, with a strong understanding of exercise science and safety principles.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and understand their needs.
4. Passion for Fitness: A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
