Core responsibilities

Assess training needs:

Identify skill gaps and determine training requirements by liaising with management or using other diagnostic methods.

Design training programs:

Create and develop effective training courses, workshops, and materials that meet specific learning objectives.

Deliver training:

Conduct training sessions using various methods to effectively impart knowledge and skills, and incorporate practical applications.

Create materials:

Prepare and organize educational materials such as presentations, modules, videos, and handbooks.

Evaluate and provide feedback:

Assess learner progress, conduct tests, and provide constructive feedback to help participants improve and achieve their goals.

Stay current:

Research new teaching methods and stay up-to-date on industry-specific knowledge to ensure training is relevant and effective.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
