Key Responsibilities
Conduct
online fitness training sessions
via video platforms
Design
personalized workout plans
based on client goals
Guide clients on
correct exercise form and posture
Monitor client progress and provide regular feedback
Motivate and engage clients during online sessions
Conduct live group sessions and one-on-one coaching
Coordinate with dietitians / wellness team if required
Maintain client records and progress reports
Follow scheduled timelines and session plans
Required Skills & Qualifications
Certified
Fitness Trainer
(any recognized certification preferred)
Experience in
online / virtual training
is an added advantage
Knowledge of
weight loss, strength training, flexibility & general fitness
Strong communication and motivational skills
Comfortable working with
Zoom / Google Meet / online platforms
Ability to manage multiple online clients efficiently
Key Traits Required
Energetic, disciplined, and client-focused
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Flexible with session timings (morning/evening slots)
Willing to work long-term in an online setup
Preferred (Added Advantage)
Experience handling
female clients
Knowledge of
home workouts, bodyweight training, and basic yoga
Social media fitness content experience
