The ideal candidate must be confident in exercise form, body mechanics, and technique correction, with the ability to work with varied client needs including special populations and prenatal/postnatal clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
Animal Flow-based training sessions
and mobility routines for clients
Design structured flow sequences and customized exercise programs based on goals and limitations
Guide clients through proper form, alignment, breathing, and safe movements
Update plans based on client progress, feedback, or injuries
Teach strength training, flexibility, and conditioning fundamentals
Demonstrate correct techniques and prevent workout-related injuries
Conduct progression-based training for individuals and groups
Maintain client progress records and share updates with the operations team
Provide excellent client experience and maintain professional communication
What We're Looking For
Education:
BPT / MPT (Preferred but not mandatory if strong practical experience)
Strong expertise in
Animal Flow training, functional training & corrective exercise
Knowledge of
prenatal and postnatal exercise programming
(preferred)
Excellent understanding of form & technique correction
Strong communication, observation, and leadership skills
Certification in Animal Flow &
K11 School of Fitness Sciences preferred
