As a Fitness Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for potential members. Your role is to inspire, educate, and help them take the first step toward a healthier lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

Conduct tours of the facility and explain membership benefits

Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email

Promote personal training and group class packages

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Support onboarding and member engagement efforts

What We're Looking For:

Passion for fitness and healthy living

Previous sales experience (fitness industry a plus!)

Strong communication and people skills

High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
