Minimum 2 years in gym management or personal training

About the Role

We're looking for a

Fitness Manager

who can lead with both knowledge and energy.
Someone who knows how to create effective

workout and diet plans

, manage members, and most importantly,

convert GT (general training) members into PT (personal training) clients

through genuine fitness results.

Responsibilities

Create

customized workout

and

diet plans

for members Conduct

fitness assessments

and track progress Guide trainers in improving GT sessions and upselling PT sessions Manage and motivate the training team Monitor member satisfaction and engagement Maintain workout quality and discipline on the gym floor Help build a strong fitness culture at Tesseract
S

kills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of

fitness, nutrition, and training science

Excellent communication and people-handling skills Ability to

convert

GT clients into PT clients through trust and performance Certification in fitness/personal training preferred (ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent) Team management experience is a plus

Pay: ₹12,687.78 - ₹44,266.42 per month
