About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic

Fitness Manager

to join our team. The role involves handling

client servicing

and

sales

, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and contributing to the growth of the fitness studio.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. A

minimum graduation

qualification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-ups. Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly. Promote and sell fitness memberships, packages, and services. Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction. Coordinate with trainers and staff to deliver a seamless fitness experience. Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities. Support in planning and executing promotional events or campaigns.

Requirements:

Graduation (mandatory). Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle client servicing with professionalism. Passion for fitness and a customer-centric approach. Sales orientation and ability to meet targets.
