Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the fitness center.
Manage and coordinate with trainers, staff, and support team.
Ensure a clean, safe, and member-friendly environment.
Handle client queries, provide excellent customer service, and resolve issues.
Conduct client orientations, explain fitness programs, and encourage memberships.
Drive membership sales and achieve monthly targets.
Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
Maintain client relationships to ensure high retention and referrals.
Track attendance, performance, and overall center growth.
Requirements:
Graduation (mandatory).
Freshers with good communication & interpersonal skills are welcome.
Prior experience in fitness, hospitality, or sales will be an added advantage.
Passion for fitness and people management.
Strong client servicing, sales, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
