Supervise all fitness trainers to ensure they adhere to professional conduct and service excellence.
Maintain a high level of member engagement by implementing a 'Meet & Greet' culture.
Ensure trainers actively assist members, maintaining a proactive and service-oriented approach.
Enforce gym floor etiquette, including: o No unnecessary discussions or distractions. No mobile phone usage on the floor. o Proper re-racking of weights and cleanliness maintenance.
Oversee equipment maintenance, ensuring timely servicing and reporting of wear and tear.
Conduct daily team briefings to align staff with gym objectives and service expectations.
Maintain essential consumables (tissue, sanitizers, air fresheners) and ensure timely replenishment.
