Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Fitness Coach. The Fitness Coach will be responsible for conducting group exercise sessions, providing fitness training, offering nutritional guidance, and delivering personalized fitness instruction. The Fitness Coach will also develop and implement effective fitness programs tailored to individual clients' needs.

Qualifications
Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction skills
Expertise in Fitness Training
Knowledge of the Fitness Industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to motivate and inspire clients
Certification in personal training is a must (ACE, EREPS, NASM, ACSM preferred)
Responsibilities-Identify the client's Fitness level and health
Oversee completion of exercise routine
Connect on zoom calls on regular basis
Guide clients over zoom and correct their exercise form and postures.
Regular engagement over calls and whatsapp
Modify exercise plans based on needs, progression and injuries
Conduct 1-1 live sessions
Requirements-Previous work experience as a Online Fitness coach
Knowledge of diverse exercises and rehabilitation and how to adjust plans according to client's needs.
Ability to instruct and motivate people
Excellent communication skills
Teamwork
