Key Responsibilities
Create customized fitness programs tailored to clients' needs and fitness levels
Provide one-on-one or group boxing training sessions (technique, conditioning, sparring, pad work)
Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques, equipment use, and boxing fundamentals
Monitor and assess client progress and modify programs as necessary
Ensure a safe and hygienic workout space
Advise clients on healthy lifestyle choices and basic nutrition
Conduct fitness and strength assessments
Encourage and motivate clients to stay on track with their fitness goals
Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends and boxing training methods
