Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to potential customers. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, offers, and product specifications. Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and ensure timely billing. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner. Ensure proper merchandising and display of products in the showroom. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory updates. Coordinate with the back-office and delivery team for smooth order fulfillment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail or showroom sales (1-3 years preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Good understanding of customer service principles. Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems).

Education:

Preferably a Graduate (in any discipline).

Key Competencies:

Positive attitude and professional appearance. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Strong problem-solving skills. Flexibility for rotational shifts and week-offs.
