Job Summary:

The Fit-Out Executive / Snagging Executive will be responsible for overseeing and

executing site inspections, identifying and rectifying defects (snags), and ensuring that all fit-

out work meets the company's quality, safety, and timeline standards. The role requires a

technical understanding of civil and electrical works and coordination with clients, vendors,

and internal teams to deliver snag-free project completions.

Key Responsibilities:

? Conduct detailed site inspections to identify defects, incomplete work, or deviations

from approved designs.

? Prepare snag lists and track rectification progress until completion.

? Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for timely snag closure.

? Ensure all fit-out works comply with company standards, safety protocols, and

client specifications.

? Review and verify quality of materials and workmanship during and after

completion.

? Assist in handover processes by ensuring all rectifications and documentation are

complete.

? Support the project team in maintaining site records, progress reports, and

completion certificates.

? Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments for smooth project

delivery.

? Report project issues, delays, or quality concerns to the Project Manager.

Skills & Competencies:

? Strong knowledge of civil and electrical works related to interiors or fit-out projects.

? Ability to identify and assess snags/defects accurately.

? Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, and site documentation.

? Strong communication and coordination skills.

? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with site reporting formats.

? Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and quality orientation.

? Ability to manage multiple sites and meet deadlines.

Work Environment:

? Field-based role involving regular site visits and inspections.

? Requires coordination with multiple stakeholders (clients, vendors, and internal

teams).

Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Electrical

Experience: 1-2 years (preferably in facility management, or fit-out

industry)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
