Job Title: Fit-Out Executive

Job Summary:

The

Fit-Out Executive

will be responsible for overseeing and executing site inspections, identifying and rectifying defects (snags), and ensuring that all fit-out work meets the company's quality, safety, and timeline standards. The role requires a technical understanding of civil and electrical works and coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver snag-free project completions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed

site inspections

to identify defects, incomplete work, or deviations from approved designs. Prepare

snag lists

and track rectification progress until completion. Coordinate with

contractors, vendors, and site teams

for timely snag closure. Ensure all

fit-out works comply

with company standards, safety protocols, and client specifications. Review and verify

quality of materials and workmanship

during and after completion. Assist in

handover processes

by ensuring all rectifications and documentation are complete. Support the

project team

in maintaining site records, progress reports, and completion certificates. Communicate effectively with

clients and internal departments

for smooth project delivery. Report project issues, delays, or quality concerns to the Project Manager.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

civil and electrical works

related to interiors or fit-out projects. Ability to identify and assess

snags/defects

accurately. Good understanding of

drawings, BOQs, and site documentation.

Strong communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in

MS Office

(Word, Excel) and familiarity with site reporting formats. Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and quality orientation. Ability to manage multiple sites and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
