Inspacco is a tech-driven, full-stack platform for facility setup, repair, and maintenance

services, catering to enterprises with distributed facilities across India.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fit-out Lead to oversee and manage the execution of interior

and fit-out projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead and manage end-to-end fit-out projects (commercial and corporate spaces).

? Review BOQs, technical drawings, and ensure adherence to project specifications.

? Coordinate with all stakeholders to align requirements and deliverables.

? Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor site progress to ensure TAT.

? Manage vendor negotiations, procurement, and quality assurance processes.

? Implement and maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards across projects.

? Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

? Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and cost overruns.

Eligibility

? Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture

? Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in fit-out project management.

? Proven track record of handling medium to large-scale fit-out/interior projects.

Skills Required

? Strong knowledge of fit-out works, interior finishes, and project execution.

? Expertise in partner management with strong negotiation skills.

? Competence in budgeting, cost control, and project scheduling.

? Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.

? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict timelines.
