Project Management
Plan, implement, and monitor fisheries development projects under government schemes.
Prepare project reports, feasibility studies, and technical documentation.
Research & Development
Conduct field surveys, collect biological samples, and analyze water/sediment quality.
Support innovation in fish farming, disease management, and feed technology.
Capacity Building
Organize training programs for fish farmers, entrepreneurs, and extension workers.
Promote modern aquaculture techniques and sustainable practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
MFSc/BFSc from a recognized university.
Experience:
Atleast 2 years' experience
Skills:
Strong knowledge of fish biology, aquaculture systems, and fisheries policies.
Data analysis, report writing, and stakeholder coordination.
Communication and training abilities.
