Key Responsibilities:- Create and update product documentation such as help center articles, user guides, FAQs, and release notes. - Support product launch content, including feature announcements, new capability overviews, and user-facing update summaries. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and marketing teams to gather inputs and translate them into clear, concise, user-friendly content. - Review, reorganize, and maintain existing help content to improve structure, accuracy, and discoverability. - Ensure consistency in style, terminology, and tone across all product and launch documentation.- Participate in release cycles to ensure launch content is prepared and aligned with product timelines.- Identify documentation gaps and apply technical/UX writing best practices to improve clarity, boost self-service, and reduce support load. - Conduct competitive research and keep track of competitor messaging, positioning, and product release communication.Must-Have Skills & Attributes:- Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. - A structured thinker with a creative mindset and excellent attention to detail.- Interest in product documentation, UX, user centric design, or SaaS workflows. - A proactive, collaborative attitude with the ability to manage multiple content needs under guidance. - Self-starter with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn fast. Preferred Experience:- Internship or project experience in technical writing, UX writing, product documentation, or B2B product/content marketing. - Exposure to the SaaS industry through internships in marketing, customer success, or product teams. Familiarity with information architecture, content management systems, or version control. - Experience working with or documenting APIs, dashboards, or end-to-end user workflows is a strong plus.
