Requirements
Education Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Diploma/Certificate in ECCE / NTT / Montessori (mandatory).
Experience:
Minimum
1-2 years of relevant teaching experience
in preschool/early childhood education.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong understanding of child development, education theories, and practices.
Awareness of safety procedures and child supervision requirements.
Team-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Effective English communication (speaking and writing).
Flexible, consistent, fair, and empathetic approach.
Ability to safeguard and prioritize student interests.
