Job Description

: Key Responsibilities Content & Strategy Execution:- Ideate and execute day-to-day content across platforms - Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.- Adapt the brand voice for different audience segments (millennials, Gen Z parents, etc.) with contextual relevance.- Collaborate with design and video teams to create engaging, thumb-stopping creatives, reels, and campaigns. Analytics & Optimization:- Track performance using native and third-party analytics tools.- Share weekly insights and recommendations based on KPIs (engagement, reach, saves, shares, etc.).- Stay ahead of platform algorithms and trends to optimize your content strategy. Campaign Support:- Coordinate with internal teams for the timely rollout of social media campaigns.- Contribute to meme marketing and topical storytelling.- Coordinate with influencer team for monthly requirements (ref:updazz.com)
