International Collections Executives for a first-party collections process supporting a leading US-based bank.
This role involves handling customer accounts, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely resolutions while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding dues for a US banking client.
Communicate professionally with customers to negotiate and collect payments.
Explain payment options, due dates, and account details clearly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates.
Follow all compliance, quality, and process guidelines strictly.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Work collaboratively with team leads and quality teams to improve performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: SSC / HSC pass
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience mandatory.
Collections experience preferred but not mandatory.
Good English communication skills (verbal & listening).
Ability to work in rotational shifts and week offs.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Salary & Incentives:
Without Collections Experience: ₹22,000 - ?35,000 (In-hand)
With Collections Experience: Up to ₹38,000 (In-hand)
Unlimited Performance-Based Incentives
Training Incentives: Up to ₹10,000
