Job Title:

First Class Mines Manager - Manganese Ore Mine (Jhabua, MP)

Location:

Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh

Compensation:

?1,50,000 CTC/month (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Mine Status:

Fully operational manganese ore mine with statutory approvals

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience

DGMS

First Class Manager's Certificate (Metalliferous, Opencast)

- unrestricted/UG exposure preferred. 8-15 years of experience in

metalliferous mining

(manganese preferred; iron ore/bauxite acceptable). Proven track record in

statutory compliance

with DGMS/IBM/DMG reporting. Strong knowledge of

HEMM utilization, drill & blast, OB/ore haulage, and cost control.

Demonstrated ability in

people management, safety leadership, and production optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver

production and dispatch targets

while ensuring cost and quality control. Plan & execute

opencast mining operations

(drilling, blasting, excavation, transport). Maintain statutory registers, returns, and compliance with audits. Oversee

grade control and stockyard management

, particularly in challenging monsoon conditions. Champion

health, safety, and environmental practices

- including training & incident investigations. Initiate

underground mining planning

(geotechnical review, ventilation, cost studies).
