Conduct refresher sessions periodically to ensure continued competency.

Provide practical demonstrations on CPR, bleeding control, fracture management, burns, and other emergency procedures.

Coordinate with the HSE department to identify high-risk areas and ensure adequate first aid preparedness.
*
Maintain training attendance records, evaluation reports, and certification databases.
*
Conduct mock drills and emergency response simulations on site.
*
Inspect and ensure availability and readiness of first aid boxes and medical equipment at all site locations.
*
Support incident response as a resource person during medical emergencies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing / Paramedical / Occupational Health & Safety.
*
Certified First Aid Trainer (preferably recognized by Red Cross, St. John Ambulance, or similar organization).

Minimum 2-5 years' experience in training or HSE roles within a mechanical or construction industry.

Hands-on knowledge of emergency response, workplace safety, and industrial health practices.iders as per company and statutory requirements.
