Our ethics-driven approach emphasizes transparency, compliance, data security, and customer-centric solutions.Role Description:- This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Head located in Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Mumbai, West Bengal , Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Across Pan India Location,- The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities within the assigned zone, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.- Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, guiding sales teams, building relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.- The role requires coordination with various internal departments and providing regular reports to senior management.Qualifications:- Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management- Strong leadership and team management skills- Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Understanding of financial products, particularly retail loans (Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, etc.)- Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop action plans.- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.- Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus.- Willingness to travel within the assigned zone as needed.- Compulsory Related From Finance Field only.What'sApp Me Resume on 8866343309 (ref:updazz.com)
