Job Title: Fire Training Instructor Location: Barrackpore We are seeking an experienced Fire Training Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions and developing training materials for our organization\'s fire safety program. Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions for employees on fire safety, prevention, and response Develop and maintain training materials and resources, including presentations, handouts, and online resources Assess training needs and identify opportunities for improvement in the fire safety program Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for fire safety Requirements: Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Fire Training Instructor Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and best practices Ability to develop and implement effective training programs Strong organizational and time management skills Certification as a Firefighter or Fire Safety Specialist is a plus If you are a highly motivated and experienced Fire Training Instructor looking for a new challenge, please submit your application.
