Key Responsibilities
Install, test, and maintain fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, hydrants, sprinklers, and suppression systems.
Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of fire safety equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair faults in fire detection and protection systems.
Maintain service records, logbooks, and compliance documents.
Respond to fire emergencies and system breakdowns promptly.
Coordinate with AMC vendors and third-party service providers.
Ensure compliance with NBC, NFPA, and local fire safety regulations.
Conduct fire drills and assist in safety training programs.
Report hazards and suggest improvements for fire safety.
Required Skills & Qualifications
ITI/Diploma in Electrical / Fire & Safety / Mechanical or related field
1-3 years of experience in fire systems maintenance
Knowledge of fire alarm panels, hydrant systems, sprinklers, and extinguishers
Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
Basic knowledge of electrical systems
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in shifts
