Role Overview
We are seeking a committed and target-driven Marketing Executive to expand our client base and strengthen our presence in the market. The candidate should have a technical background or a strong understanding of fire safety systems and must be capable of generating leads, building relationships, and securing new projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
Generate business for fire protection systems and AMC services.
Build relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, and facility managers.
Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
Present system benefits such as hydrant, sprinkler, alarm, and detection systems.
Maintain daily field visit reports and meet monthly business targets.
Assist with tenders, quotations, and payment follow-ups.
Promote the company and increase market visibility. Required Skills & Qualifications o 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing; fire safety/MEP/construction industry preferred. o Technical education preferred (Diploma/Engineering or similar).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently on field activities.
Basic knowledge of fire safety systems or willingness to learn.
Target-oriented and disciplined approach.
Must have own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (experience-based).
Performance Incentives.
Petrol and field expenses covered.
Other allowances as per company policy.
