To Work as Mechanical Fire Protection Engineer to Support Project Work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fire Protection System Engineering: Hands on experience in system engineering and physical design for Fire Protection and Detection Systems \xe2\x80\x93Hydrant System, Spray System, fire water pumping system, Sprinkler System, Foam Protection system, Hydraulic Calculation, Inert Gas System, pump /pipe sizing calculation, Piping layout development, Portable Extinguisher system, Detection and alarm system, FPDS system operation and control philosophy. Key delieverables : Design Criteria, Calculations, P&IDs, System and Control Description, Technical Specifications, Bid Evaluations, Vendor Drawing Reviews
Physical design - Ducting layout development
Knowledge of NFPA, TAC, NBC and Fire codes is essential
Should have worked as Preparer / Responsible Engineer and able to carry out design independently
Preferably power plant FPDS experience.
Knowledge on commercial software - PIPENET will be added advantage
