A fire fighting supervisor's main duties include leading firefighting and rescue operations, supervising and training personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. They also manage equipment maintenance and inspection, conduct fire investigations, and handle administrative tasks like scheduling and record-keeping. Emergency response

Direct and coordinate emergency response operations for fires, medical emergencies, and other incidents. Assess the nature and severity of fires, directing personnel in a strategic manner to rescue people and apply extinguishing agents. Provide emergency medical services and perform rescue functions as needed.
Personnel management

Supervise, evaluate, and provide feedback on the performance of firefighters and other personnel. Train and drill personnel in firefighting, medical care, and other relevant skills. Develop and maintain work schedules for fire fighting personnel.
