Inspections & Testing:
Perform routine periodic inspections and testing of fire pumps, sprinkler systems (wet and dry), and fire alarm panels.
Maintenance & Repair:
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in fire protection equipment. Replace worn-out components like nozzles, valves, and batteries.
Emergency Response:
Provide 24/7 on-call support for emergency system failures or false alarms to ensure continuous building protection.
Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain precise logs of all inspections, repairs, and certifications. Ensure all work meets
NFPA
(National Fire Protection Association) standards and local building codes.
Refilling & Hydro-testing:
Oversee the refilling of fire extinguishers and chemical suppression cylinders (e.g., FM-200, CO2) and conduct hydrostatic testing as required.
