Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in
fire fighting systems and safety services
.
Conduct
on-ground sales visits
, cold calls, and client meetings to generate leads and close deals.
Perform
site surveys and inspections
to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare
technical and commercial proposals, PowerPoint presentations
, and quotations for clients.
Coordinate with the
technical, design, and project execution teams
for seamless operations.
Ensure timely delivery of projects, installation, and after-sales service.
Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and client communication records.
Build and sustain strong client relationships through continuous engagement and support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Fire & Safety Engineering or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in fire fighting systems sales, operations, or related technical service.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with fire alarm systems, hydrant systems, suppression systems, and AMC services.
Sales & Operations Skills:
Strong on-ground and B2B sales experience.
Excellent presentation and
PowerPoint skills
for client pitches.
Proficiency in site surveys, client requirement gathering, and report preparation.
Other Requirements:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask between sales, technical coordination, and field operations.
Must be comfortable with
travel and field visits
as part of daily activities.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
