Exp : 5-10 years in fire-rated doors/windows, passive fire protection,
Fire door Industry exp is Mandatory

The Assistant Manager - Project (Fire Door)

is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and managing the execution of fire door projects from planning through installation and commissioning. The role ensures that all fire door systems are delivered in compliance with safety standards, design specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

for fire door projects. Review

project drawings, and technical specifications

to ensure accuracy and compliance with fire safety standards (e.g., BS, UL, or NFPA). Coordinate with

clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

to ensure smooth execution of project activities. Supervise

site installation teams

and ensure proper installation of fire doors, frames, and accessories. Monitor

project progress

and ensure timely completion within approved budget and quality parameters. Ensure

adherence to fire safety codes, building regulations, and company standards

. Prepare and maintain

daily/weekly progress reports, material delivery schedules, and inspection reports

. Support in

material planning, procurement coordination

, and vendor management. Conduct

site inspections

and coordinate with the Billing team Assist in

testing, commissioning, and final handover

of completed fire door projects. Identify and resolve any

technical or site-related issues

in coordination with senior management.
