Job Description

The Fire and Safety Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality training for Fire and Safety courses, ensuring students receive expert guidance, practical knowledge, and support to achieve internationally recognized safety qualifications. The faculty member will contribute to curriculum development, maintain training standards, and promote a strong safety culture within the institution.

Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom and practical training in

Fire & Safety, HSE, and Industrial Safety

as per curriculum Conduct

fire drills, mock exercises, and safety demonstrations

Teach safety regulations, fire prevention methods, emergency response, and risk assessment Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assessments Guide students in understanding

national and international safety standards

Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback Ensure safe practices during practical sessions and site-based training Assist students with exam preparation, certifications, and placements support Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment documentation Coordinate with management and academic teams to improve training quality
Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Relevant safety certifications such as

NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA

(preferred)

Strong knowledge of fire prevention systems, emergency response, and safety regulations Ability to conduct practical training, drills, and demonstrations Good communication and presentation skills Knowledge of national and international safety standards Passion for training and mentoring students

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
