QUALIFICATION- DEGREE OR DIPLOMA in ELECTRICAL OR FIRE & SAFETY

EXPERIENCE- ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE FIELD OR EXPERIENCE IN FIRE ALARM FIELD(PREFEERD) BOTH ARE ACCEPTABLE

JOB DESCRIPTION

Installation & Configuration:

Set up and program control panels, sensors, wiring, and notification devices according to blueprints and codes.

Maintenance & Testing:

Conduct routine inspections, battery checks, cleaning, and full system tests (e.g., pull stations, detectors).

Troubleshooting & Repair:

Diagnose issues, replace faulty parts, and perform prompt repairs on malfunctioning systems.

Compliance:

Stay updated on and adhere to all national and local fire safety codes (like NFPA standards).

Customer Service:

Train building occupants on system use, explain technical issues, and provide excellent service.

Documentation:

Prepare detailed reports on all work performed, inspections, and repairs.
SALARY - 25,000 TO 35000
