We are seeking an experienced

Fire Alarm & ELV Systems Project Engineer

to manage, execute, and deliver fire alarm and ELV projects in compliance with approved standards, specifications, and timelines. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with

Edwards, UTC, and Notifier fire alarm systems

, along with working knowledge of other ELV systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesFire Alarm Systems (Primary)

Design review, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of

Fire Alarm Systems

(Edwards, UTC, Notifier). Ensure compliance with

NFPA, local civil defense, and authority regulations

. Prepare shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and test reports. Coordinate inspections with authorities and consultants. Troubleshoot system faults and provide corrective actions. Supervise technicians and subcontractors on-site.
ELV Systems (Secondary)

Basic understanding and coordination of:

CCTV Systems

Access Control Systems

Public Address (PA) Systems

Coordinate ELV integration where applicable.
Project Management

Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, and materials. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery. Prepare progress reports and as-built documentation. Support handover, training, and O&M documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Electrical / Electronics / Engineering

or related field.

1-3 years

of relevant experience in Fire Alarm & ELV systems. Strong hands-on experience with

Edwards, UTC, and Notifier FAS

. Knowledge of

CCTV, Access Control, and PA systems

.

BMS knowledge is an added advantage

. Familiar with NFPA standards and local authority requirements. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

Experience with system integration and BMS interfacing. Authority approvals and inspection handling experience. Certifications related to Fire Alarm or ELV systems. Valid driving license (if applicable).
