Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fiori Trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs for individuals and corporate clients. The trainer will design, develop, and deliver high-quality training sessions on SAP Fiori concepts, architecture, application development, and configuration, ensuring learners gain practical skills to implement and manage Fiori applications effectively. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver training modules on SAP Fiori, including basics, architecture, UX principles, configuration, and advanced topics like Fiori Elements and Smart Controls. Teach end-to-end processes, covering installation, activation, launchpad configuration, and security roles. Guide trainees in developing custom Fiori apps using SAPUI5 and OData services. Create training materials, practical exercises, case studies, and assessments. Conduct classroom, online, or blended training sessions as required. Provide hands-on demonstrations and real-world project scenarios to enhance learning. Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest SAP Fiori developments and best practices. Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement of training content. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong practical experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and related technologies. Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver Gateway, OData services, and Fiori launchpad configuration. Solid understanding of UX design principles and Fiori design guidelines. Prior experience delivering training or conducting workshops is highly preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. SAP Fiori certification (desirable but not mandatory). Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant SAP Fiori project experience. 1+ years in a training or mentoring role (preferred).
