Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging training sessions on mutual fund products, equity market basics, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance
Design and implement training programs for both new joiners and existing team members
Train sales teams on client engagement, objection handling, and need-based selling
Assess training effectiveness and adapt programs based on feedback and performance data
Stay updated with SEBI regulations, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Collaborate with sales leaders and product teams to align training content with business goals
Requirements:
Experience:
3-6 years in mutual fund sales, stock market advisory, or training roles
Certification:
NISM-Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) certification preferred
Language:
Strong communication skills in English; additional regional languages are a plus
Skills:
Excellent presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using digital platforms for virtual or hybrid training sessions
