We are looking for an experienced Recovery Executive with hands-on exposure in Fintech / NBFC recovery operations. If you have strong recovery skills and understand RBI guidelines, we'd love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities : -
Manage soft & hard recovery for Fintech/NBFC loan portfolios
Follow up with customers for overdue payments via calls, visits, and digital channels
Coordinate with field recovery agents and legal teams
Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines & NBFC recovery norms
Prepare and maintain MIS, recovery reports, and collection data
Resolve customer queries related to repayments, settlements, and closures
Support NPA management and recovery strategies
Required Skills & Eligibility:
2-4 years of experience in NBFC / Fintech recovery
Knowledge of personal loan & business loan products
Understanding of RBI recovery guidelines & Fair Practices Code
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting tools
Graduate in any discipline (MBA Finance /PG preferred)
Experience in digital lending recovery is a plus
