Handle legal & compliance matters related to fintech, digital payments, lending, and RBI guidelines.
Manage cyber law issues: cyber fraud, IT Act compliance, data protection, DPDP Act, and cyber incident responses.
Draft & review agreements: vendor contracts, fintech partnerships, NDAs, privacy policy, T&C.
Ensure compliance with KYC/AML norms and digital regulations.
Coordinate with regulators, law enforcement, and external counsels.
Requirements
LLB (LLM preferred).
Strong knowledge of fintech regulations, cyber laws, and data privacy.
Experience in handling cyber complaints and digital evidence.
Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
