Your Responsibilities

Oversee and mentor a team of writers while coordinating effectively with freelance contributors. Conduct in-depth research on client-related topics and gather the most recent data, insights, and market statistics. Edit and proofread articles for accuracy, structure, readability, and adherence to editorial standards. Ensure all content is factually correct, SEO-optimized, and aligned with industry best practices. Maintain content that is current, unbiased, and easy for readers to understand. Handle a high-volume workload and consistently meet deadlines. Produce high-quality long-form or short-form content when required. Apply SEO guidelines, keyword strategies, and internal frameworks to enhance content performance. Oversee the editorial calendar, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery. Guarantee that all deliverables align with client expectations, project goals, and our internal style guide.

What You Bring

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking, Finance, or related fields. Strong background in writing, editing, and proofreading. Exceptional English language skills--both written and spoken. Proficiency with MS Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. Organised, analytical thinking with a solution-oriented approach. A collaborative attitude with the ability to take initiative and grow into a leadership role.
