Visit www.rupeerakshak.com Role & Responsibilities- Prospect and generate direct leads through referrals, networking, and events.- Explain investment baskets, advisory products, and financial planning process to prospects.- Understand client risk profiles and financial goals and recommend suitable products.- Work closely with the internal advisory team to finalize proposals and onboard clients.- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.- Organize and participate in investor awareness sessions, webinars, and campaigns.- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and cross-sell opportunities.Referral Partner Network:- Identify, recruit, and onboard referral partners such as insurance agents, MF distributors, brokers, and financial consultants.- Train referral partners on Rupeerakshak products, processes, and compliance requirements.- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners to ensure regular business flow.- Monitor performance of referral partners and support them with sales materials, guidance, and timely payouts.- Ensure all partner-sourced clients are onboarded as per SEBI/Rupeerakshak compliance standards.Skills & Qualifications- Graduate/Postgraduate (Commerce/Finance preferred).- 1-3 years' experience in sales of financial products (mutual funds, insurance, PMS, AIFs, etc.).- Prior experience in channel sales / referral network management will be an added advantage.- Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and advisory services.- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.- Networking ability & self-motivated to achieve targets.- NISM certification (preferred, can be acquired post-joining).
