Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all finishing activities on the construction site. Manage subcontractors and coordinate with other trades. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Inspect work for compliance with specifications and standards. Identify and resolve any issues that arise. Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Work closely with the project manager and other members of the construction team. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations. Provide leadership and guidance to the finishing team. Monitor progress and performance of finishing activities. Ensure all finishing work meets client expectations. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Prepare and submit progress reports to the project manager. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role. Strong background in construction, with a focus on finishing work. Excellent leadership and management skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills. Proficiency in using construction management software. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary. Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
