Key Components of Finishing Engineering Work1.

Plastering and Painting

Internal and external wall plastering Primer and final coats of paint or wall finishes Texture finishes or wallpaper application
2.

Flooring

Laying tiles (ceramic, vitrified, marble, granite, etc.) Wooden flooring or vinyl flooring Skirting and edge finishing
3.

Ceiling Works

False ceiling installation (POP, gypsum, metal) Lighting fixtures and ceiling fans
4.

Doors and Windows

Fixing door and window frames Installation of shutters, locks, handles, and stoppers Aluminum, UPVC, or wooden window fittings
5.

Electrical and Plumbing Fixtures

Switchboards, sockets, and lighting Sanitary fittings: washbasins, WCs, faucets, geysers Kitchen sink and plumbing connections
6.

Modular Installations

Modular kitchen setup Wardrobes and storage units Bathroom accessories
7.

External Development

Landscaping and gardening Paving, driveways, and compound walls External lighting and signage

Quality Checks and Handover
