Oversee and manage all civil finishing works at the project site to ensure timely and quality completion.
Supervise finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, ceiling works, and carpentry/joinery.
Ensure all finishing works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
Inspect workmanship regularly and enforce quality control measures.
Coordinate daily activities with site engineers, subcontractors, and material suppliers.
Monitor material usage, manpower allocation, and work progress against the approved schedule.
Identify construction or coordination issues related to finishing works and implement corrective actions.
Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures, site regulations, and housekeeping standards.
Prepare daily progress reports and support site documentation as required.
Requirements
Diploma or technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in supervising civil finishing works on construction projects.
Strong understanding of finishing materials, installation techniques, and quality standards.
Ability to read, interpret, and execute work based on construction drawings and specifications.
Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors, workers, and site activities efficiently

Qualifications:

Proven experience in civil finishing supervision.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
